Q: Do you have a product that will remove resin based compound haze
A: We only have a residue remover for removing surface residues from sweep in jointing compounds. This may work on resin based compound haze but we would suggest ordering a sample size first to test.
Q: Will the residue remover disolve or remove any of the jointing compound in the joints?
A: The residue remover will only remove excess residues from sweep-in jointing compounds. It will not remove the jointing compound itself
Q: Can I rinse off the residue remover with a hose and spray gun rather than a pressure washer? I had my slabs cleaned by pressure washer then then jointing topped up with Sika fast fix sweep-in compound. I was going to seal them read your instructions about cleaning after using a jointing compound...it feels like a merry-go-round! I'm worried that using a pressure washer again will threaten the jointing.
A: If you rinse the residue remover of whilst agitating the surface with a broom, this will avoid the need to use a pressure washer. Hope that helps.
Brilliant!
This is great product for cleaning natural stone would recommend to anyone
I contacted Smartseal Technical section with my problem that the builders had left us with (a right mess) and the Residue Remover and Limestone Sealant as recommended by Smartseal worked a treat. I cannot recommend Smartseal staff or the products enough.
