Q: Hi can I use green tarmac restore on black tarmac. If no then is there a process where I can change the colour for an electric car port it is currently black tarmac and they want it to be green
A: it is not easy to change the colour of the tarmac from black to green. You would probably have to put at least 3 if not 4 coats on. Even then there is no guarantee that as it wears in high traffic areas that the underlying colour (black) wil start to show through over time.
Q: Is this HAPAS approved?
A: The tarmaseal is not currently HAPAS approved.
Q: Hi after the 2 coats how long do you have to wait to put the cars back on the drive. Thank you
A: We would recommend a minimum of 24 hours before allowing cars back on the drive. The tarmac restorer will continue to harden for several days after application. Hope that helps.
